As the start of a New Year creeps closer, many of you will begin setting resolutions for 2016. According to Forbes Magazine over forty percent of Americans create New Year’s resolutions. To help you get the most bang-for-your-resolution-buck, SCPT has compiled four lifestyle changes which garner the best health benefits and aid in the prevention of health-related illness.

1. How many years have you been practicing Physical Therapy?
I’ve been practicing for 15 years.

2. Why did you choose to become a Physical Therapist?
When I was 15 years old, I injured my back in basketball. I knew then that I wanted to pursue a career in medicine and interacting with that PT made me think, “I could do this job.”


South County Physical Therapy provides educational program to Walker Meadow

WESTBOROUGH _ On Monday, November 16, residents of The Villages of Walker Meadow, an Active Adult community in Westborough, gathered in the Community Club House for a free presentation delivered by South County Physical Therapy, Inc. (SCPT) Executive Director Eric Cardin. This seminar educated a crowd of 55+ aged participants on methods to stay safe and active during the winter months and it follows many educational programs offered by SCPT to the communities of Central Massachusetts.
