National Women’s Health and Fitness Day

National Women’s Health and Fitness Day, which takes place on September 27, 2017, is the nation’s largest health and wellness day of the year dedicated to women of all ages. This day promotes awareness for women on the importance of regular physical activity, self-care, and healthy living. 1. How many years have you been practicing Physical Therapy?
I graduated from MCPHS University in May 2017 and started practicing in July 2017. Prior to my graduation, I had 30 weeks of clinical experience and about two years of combined experience as a rehabilitation aide.
