WESTBOROUGH _ When Westborough High School (WHS) athlete James Coffey experienced his third dislocated knee while covering second base during a fall league game in 2014, the young competitor underwent extensive knee surgery in an effort to one day return to sports. A week after the procedure, Coffey began intensive therapy at the regionally recognized practice, South County Physical Therapy, Inc. (SCPT) and soon afterwards, went on to surpass his own expectations for recovery.

The hands-on course, which is a vital part of an emerging therapist’s educational training, began with two students from the University of Connecticut, and has since swelled to accommodate undergraduates from seven colleges and universities throughout New England.

WESTBOROUGH _ Residents of The Villages of Walker Meadow, an Active Adult community in Westborough, congregated in the Community Club House for an interactive program delivered by South County Physical Therapy, Inc. This presentation focused on preventing falls through achieving better balance, and follows a winter seminar presented by SCPT to help residents stay safe and active during cold-weather months.

AUBURN_ For the ninth consecutive year, a well-recognized regional physical therapy organization, South County Physical Therapy, Inc. (SCPT), will continue to preserve its core mission to inspire health and wellness throughout Central Massachusetts by supporting the Auburn Chamber Health & Business Expo. The event will be held on March 22 at the Auburn/Webster Lodge of Elks on 754 Southbridge Street in Auburn.
