Cervical Health Awareness Month

It’s Cervical Health Awareness Month, and we are celebrating the work of healthcare professionals worldwide. Over the last three decades, incredible advancements in cervical cancer prevention have been saving women’s lives, and as a result, the number of cervical cancer deaths has decreased by more than half, according to the American Cancer Society. For the 244,180 cervical cancer survivors living in the United States, there is a myriad of opportunities for health augmentation and holistic recovery, including pelvic floor rehabilitation. For those not yet diagnosed, screenings and proactive measures can aid in prevention.
