WESTBOROUGH _ On Friday, September 23, South County Physical Therapy, Inc. (SCPT) continued its mission of providing free health and wellness awareness programming for the benefit of the community, with an educational presentation for residents of The Highlands Gracious Retirement Living. The program was held at 129 East Main Street in Westborough and shined a spotlight on improving mobility, falls prevention and restoring and maintaining overall fitness health.
The program was presented to an interested group of residents, by SCPT Executive Director, Eric Cardin, MSPT, CSCS, and Physical Therapist and Director of SCPT’s East Main Street practice in Westborough, Jennifer Lenkauskas, MSPT, CSCS. “Our residents really enjoyed the one-on-one attention they received during the program with SCPT. They were engaged, asked questions and are looking forward to future visits,” said Mary Darling, Activities Coordinator for The Highlands.
“Sharing my knowledge with the residents of The Highlands was a privilege. It’s not only SCPT’s goal to be a champion for healthier lifestyles in our communities, but it’s also a core value of our practice—one that each therapist feels personally committed to achieving,” said Lenkauskas.
